While strictly not a director (unless we're counting Maximum Overdrive, and we're definitely counting Maximum Overdrive), King has had such an incredible effect on my moviegoing life I couldn't not include him in the directors credit series. I took the wording from his credit in the opening credits for 1989's Pet Semetary, and the font had to be ITC benguiat that's pretty much synonymous with his book covers.
